There is a weekly or semi-weekly provided cleaning service for a nominal fee of $35 which would change bedding, clean bathroom and replenish toilet paper. Ideal for short term stay work assignments. This is a very unique building modeled after colonial Williamsburg architecture. The bricks were imported special from Virginia and it has a special history.

The living room also has a fold down futon that would sleep 2 more. The home is air conditioned, it has a full kitchen, 2 baths, full laundry. You would have access to the grounds, the pond and dock.

The 1 bedroom studio style apartment is newly renovated with luxury wood flooring and a rustic cottage decor setting. You will have a full kitchen, island to eat at, couch with fold out bed and a queen bed all at hand. The kitchen has all you need to cook during your stay. We also have a small condensing style dryer in the event you need to wash a few light clothes. There is also ample closet space to put your things away just like home. The area is located on the second floor of this cape cod style cottage, however there is a first floor with a 1/2 bath, small kitchenette and space for other activities. We do allow extra guest up to 4 more to stay in the 1st floor area, but those guests would need to bring a cot or air mattress at this time. It's only a small up charge for the additional guests. The upper floor does have a smart TV and free wifi is available to stream movies and such. There is also a nice covered front porch and a picnic table for those who would like to eat outside. We are located less than 10 minutes from the Grove City Prime Outlets, and only a few miles south of great restaurants like Iron Bridge Inn and Rachel's Roadhouse.

We have onsite parking for guests. Guest access: This listing is for up to 20 overnight guests in the main house (1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors). The ground floor/basement is reserved for events. There is an additional fee for over 20 guests with a $25 per night per guest. Please confirm your number of guests. Please note that events are no longer being held at Meadow Rock Farm and this listing is only for overnight guests. Interaction with guests: We give our guests space, but we are available when needed. Please text or call us on your arrival so we can give you a full tour of the home. Then, we are available as needed, since we live next door. We usually stop at the house a time or two during your stay. Other things to note: We provide linens and towels for your stay. The bathrooms are stocked with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hairdryer. The kitchen is furnished with dishes to serve 20, plus regular pots/pans, utensils, etc. In addition to traditional coffee makers, there is also a Keurig for your convenience and you can bring your own K-cups. We have stocked the pantry with herbs and spices, sugar and flour, vegetable oil and vinegar. We also provide a Farmhouse breakfast with regular coffee, tea, and creamer, plus fresh whole fruit, pancake mix, butter, and syrup.

Being in the middle of Amish country, you will find quaint farms and Amish-made items all around and we are located close to Grove City Outlets where you can enjoy tax free shopping. We are only a mile from downtown New Wilmington which includes Westminster college, churches, restaurants, banks, shopping, salons, winery/ brewery & coffee shop. It's the perfect mix of modern amenities in the middle of simple life.

This private, apartment in my house w/ separate entry is perfect for all of your travel & work needs. It is located in a beautiful, walk able country club neighborhood and is safe and quiet. Walking distance to coffee shop and restaurants. Close drive to retail and to major road systems. Suited for solo travelers and business travelers. This unit does not have a full kitchen. There is refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave but not a stove or oven. The entrance is in the back of the house and is three steps down and then a sloping sidewalk to your entrance. Easy walk for someone who is healthy. I will be back and forth to Florida so you will have privacy during your stay but I will not be able to be on site to shovel snow etc. Therefore snow removal by you may be required and a shovel will be provided.

Our cabin is located in a quiet, private cabin community surrounding a beautiful lake. There is one bedroom and an open loft. Picture yourself have your morning coffee or evening wine on the big front porch looking at the lake. You can take it easy and relax in the middle of nature or you can fish, bike, hike, canoe or kayak all within minutes of the cabin. There are breweries, wineries, golfing and historic places to tour all around, as well. Perfect for couples, families and getaways with friends. We provide free wi-fi and we have a TV with a Firestick to enjoy your favorite shows. We have a fire pit available to sit around at night to roast s’mores, as well. This is a quiet community and we do not allows parties to occur at the cabin during your visit. A maximum of six guests are allowed for the entire stay. We ask that you bring your own towels. We do provide all of the bed linens for your stay. The wood burning stove cannot be used. For rentals in the winter, it would be best if you have a four wheel drive vehicle. Roads in the community can get challenging in bad weather.

A huge back porchand fire pit is a cozy way to spend the evening. On the back deck is stored a paddle board for your use, life jackets, and 2 kayaks, bikes and your own private dock to use as well. Fully stocked kitchen, grill, bug spray, linens, towels, live it up! Radio that’s blue tooth synced, 2 smart TV’s with fire sticks too. A Nespresso machine as well.... a new coffee pot as well with fiesta ware and loads of wine glasses, board games, zero gravity chairs, 2 large refrigerators. Enjoy biking, fishing and breakfast at the local pantry. Have a wonderful seafood dinner along the river in East Brady at Rivers Edge, or drive to Foxburg or visit the winery too. Lot's to do on this getaway with everything you need to relax, and if you work from home well, there is a large new TV, netflix, and of course internet. Biking on the rails to trails is another favorite event, and often on the weekends boaters gather to play music, DJ's, and picnics. We live wake surfing, jet skis and the rivers boatable 9 miles. There is Yoga at the Boat Launch in East Brady from 6-7PM free. The local hardware store Nelson's is open until Noon Saturdays, the Post Office has a fresh bakery, sandwithches, boars head lunch meat, and baked goods. There are several pizza shops, beer distributors, and an ice cream store and 3 fun taverns within walking distance, 8 or more in driving distance. The Rivers Edge, All Star's and the Cloud are all in town bars/restaurants as is Allegheny Power-sports on the water with ice, non ethanol fuel, help etc if you need a local watersport shop or mechanic. Toms Riverside Grocery store is located in Rimersburg 10 minutes away near the beer store, as is a dollar general in the town of East Brady near the artillary store, and the fish and bait store full of flowers, and produce. Let nature take you away to this beautiful lil cabin we love and keep really clean, but you can enjoy it when we are not there. Pet friendly, with a built in dog door, fenced in yard as well makes life easy:)

Welcome to the North Park Retreat for Nature Lovers, located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood where North Park is your back yard and you have your own private deck overlooking it all. There is a beautiful view from every window. Don't be alarmed if deer walk right up to the house! This spacious 2700 sq ft apartment is very clean and tidy, decorated in minimalist style. All drawers and closets are empty, so you'll have plenty of room to put your things away and get comfortable. Guests have access to the entire 2700 sq foot private apartment situated on the ground floor of the house, including the indoor heated swimming pool. The pool is very private and only accessible by you during your stay. The door to the pool room can be locked to keep little ones safe. The depth of the pool goes from 3 feet to 5 feet, and the temperature is kept at an extravagant 90 degrees! The kitchen is fully-equipped with Keurig coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and disposal. There are three large bedrooms, each equipped with king-size Dove hotel-style mattresses and closet space galore. There are two full bathrooms with tubs and showers. Linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryers are provided. The owner lives in the upper apartment. She is always available if you need something, but she gives you complete privacy. You have your own private entrance at the back of the house whereas the owner enters at the front. The only "crossover" area where you might run into each other is the driveway.
